So much of what you do as a Tech SDR or BDR is on LinkedIn in terms of outreach, so having a optimized profile gives a strong first impression of how well you will perform on the job.

Step 2 - Toggle the Job Search Alert to “On” to Be Notified in Real Time
Speed to lead is everything in applying to roles in 2025 just like the sales function.
In job hunting getting to the role faster than your competition means you can get that interview before other people just like in sales, but a lot of candidate lose out on jobs not because of experience but just due to bad timing.
Step 3 - Source for Urgent Tech SDR Posting in the Afternoon
The best times to reach out to hiring managers are between 3 PM to 4 PM upwards to 9 PM and after.
This is where you will see the most hiring managers upload posts and if you get a Founder or CEO that is posting for the role, sprint (don’t run or walk) to the position because that means they are really serious about hiring.
Step 4 - Steal the LinkedIn Pitch Blurbs to Send to Hiring Managers
You can add a note to each connection request and if you need help, then comment INTERESTED and I will send you some.
Please note any message is better than no message at all, but at some point you do have to do send out better messages.
Step 5 - Follow Up with Every Hiring Manager Using a Loom Video Pitch Script
Did you know that there are a lot of fake job posting in the market at the moment?
Well the sad news is there are a lot of fake candidates applying to tech SDR positions as well.
I have no idea why there would be fake job postings and candidates, but that’s the world we live in now because of AI.
This is why you send a Loom Video Pitch of yourself and I have a few templates you can use if you comment INTERESTED.
You should wait 24 hours to no more than 48 hours to fire the message.
Step 6 - Source for Hiring Managers to Contact
There are more than enough roles for you to connect with in tech sales, but if you need more; then you should be sourcing out the hiring manager at your favorite positions.
